These terms govern the relationship between the customer and La Estampacion Creativa SL regarding enquiries, quotes, orders and production of custom neoprene fabric, printed panels, samples, prototypes and related accessories.
The website allows visitors to request information, quotes, samples and orders for custom materials and products. Website information is indicative only unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific project or order.
Quotes may vary depending on material, thickness, trimmings, quantity, artwork complexity, finishing, destination and lead time. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received.
The client is responsible for holding all rights required for any logo, illustration, photograph, pattern or other file submitted for production. By uploading or sending files, the client confirms they have sufficient rights and permissions.
Screen display does not exactly match the final result on neoprene. Reasonable variations in colour, texture, elasticity, shrinkage, positioning or finishing may occur as part of the production process and the material itself. Where precision matters, we recommend validating through a sample or prototype first.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may change depending on workload, pending approvals, logistics, material availability or seasonal demand. Final timing is confirmed during the commercial process.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are subject to the current commercial setup and may or may not include taxes and shipping depending on the quote. Payment methods and conditions are shown or confirmed during the order process.
Shipping conditions depend on destination, volume and urgency. General information is available on our shipping and lead times page, while the final conditions for a specific order are confirmed directly with the client.
Products made to the customer’s specifications may be excluded from withdrawal rights except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an issue attributable to us, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within a reasonable period after receipt, including photos and a clear description of the problem.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect files, low resolution artwork, fonts not converted to outlines, unverified measurements, late approvals or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Website content and our own production know-how, samples and materials remain the property of their respective owners unless agreed otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
