FAQ
What are the technical requirements for my design to look perfect?
To guarantee a spectacular and crisp result, all designs must be uploaded directly through our platform in JPG or PNG format. The size of our printing canvas is 100 x 80 cm, and it is strictly necessary for your file to have a resolution of 150 dpi (dots per inch). That’s the mathematical key to making your art look amazing on neoprene!
Can I print a smaller image? What happens if my design doesn't have good resolution?
Of course! You can upload images that take up a smaller physical size (for example, if you only want to print a 20×20 cm logo). However, the resolution must never drop below 150 dpi. If you upload a file with a lower resolution, or forcefully enlarge a small image saved from the internet to fill the entire canvas, the final result will look blurry or pixelated. Since this is a custom design uploaded and managed by you through the platform, if the original file does not meet this resolution, the customer assumes responsibility for the loss of quality in the final print. 💡 Expert tip: If you are not sure about the quality of your image, zoom in to 100% on your screen before uploading it. If it looks pixelated there, it will look pixelated on the fabric.
Will the colors printed on the neoprene look exactly the same as on my screen?
Screens are backlit and show colors in RGB format, while printing on fabric has its own characteristics. We do our best to achieve maximum color fidelity, but there may be slight variations. 💡 Expert tip: If color accuracy is crucial for your project or brand, we strongly recommend ordering a test print before launching a large production.
Why is the "safety margin" in my design important?
During the printing and cutting process, slight shifts are normal. For this reason, we ask that you leave a 2 cm safety margin around your image. Avoid placing logos, text, or important details too close to the edge of the canvas, as they could be cut off or shifted.
What happens if my print has a small factory defect?
Neoprene is a premium material and its printing process is complex and artisanal. If we detect a small flaw in your panel during our quality control, don’t worry: we will reprint that specific area of the pattern (whether it’s a loose pattern piece or a part of an all-over design). This ensures your order maintains maximum quality without unnecessarily wasting material.
I ordered 3 mm neoprene, but it feels a bit thinner. Is this normal?
Totally normal! During the heat stamping process, the neoprene (especially the 3 mm one) gets slightly “pressed”. Don’t worry, it hasn’t lost its properties. With the first wash or rinse in water, the material will recover its original volume and thickness.
I'm not sure if my sewing machine can handle the material. What should I do?
Working with neoprene requires the right tools and threads. If it’s your first time sewing this fabric or you’re not sure if the material is ideal for your project (due to feel, thickness, or elasticity), we highly recommend placing a small test order before ordering the final meters.
